Superb location near tourist attractions with amazing views of the mountains and the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable with lovely balconies. Breakfast included delicious coffee, bread, and omelet. Receptionist provided excellent customer service with helpful advice on renting bikes and places to visit.

The staff could benefit from more experience as they seemed preoccupied with personal matters while on shift leading to longer wait times for customers. The evening meal was served cold instead of warm, and there were issues with pests such as ants and lizards.

Despite the small size of the hotel, the staff is approachable and receptionist Bibek goes above and beyond.
